  This place can get busy for weekday lunch.  We were there early and got a booth close to the entrance but there was a steady stream of people coming in during our stay.  The location is not accessible from the mall and one of our table mates spent some time looking for the entrance.  Our service throughout was attentive and friendly.
  
  There were three of use that ordered bowls and I had the teriyaki chicken brown rice one, and our other tablemate is vegetarian so they had another menu for him.  He got a veggie burger and two salads as sides.  My bowl was quite big and I ate half of my meal.  There was ample pieces of chickens, vegetables, and sauce.  There were not too much sauce and not too salty.  I enjoyed my meal and would come back to try something else from the menu.

  Hello!
  I really used to like this place when it opened years ago but now, I can't really justify coming back.
  Food quality is good for a chain, for sure.
  It basically comes down to value. Crazy prices for small portions.
  Case in point: the main burger described as a double patty with cheese and so on with 2 sides.
  Sounds great right?
  Well it's slightly larger than a slider and I had to check to confirm there were actually 2 patties as they are small and unimpressive.
  I ordered double Caesar salad side which was again, good quality and 3/4 of the plate.
  
  $16.50 for a burger and salad? Cmon... easily on par with a Harvey's or Carl's Jr. style but at 2-3 times the price.
  
  Nice place, just not enough bang for the buck. Seems to be the way Edmonton is rolling. Over priced for small portions

  This is more of a sit down fast food American cuisine restaurant.  This is located in the Mall.
  
  Ended up getting Corona beer and spicy tuna poke bowl.  The ingredients were fresh but it was more of a rice bowl as the tuna was more of a topping :(.   Should call this dish rice bowl w. sprinkle of tuna unlike tuna bowls in Hawaii &/or California :)
  
  Service was ok...took a while to get seated as it was packed due to holidays.   Will not be back.

  Food is quite good never had a bad meal. Staff was friendly though occasionally slow. Their beer selection is decent although perhaps a tad less variety in the world of craft beer. Overall it's a great hang out and during the summer the patio is a great place to be
